All BECK® boots are guaranteed
for one year, from the date
of purchase, on workmanship and materials.
Our commitment is to be fair and to work with
our customers to come to a mutually satisfactory
resolution if the fabrication or construction
of our products ever fail.
Please keep in mind that boots
do eventually wear out, especially if used hard
and often (as we recommend). And damage due
to accidents and improper use, such as walking
over lava or taking a swim with your boots on
, is not our fault. In cases like this we'll
be happy to fix the boots for a fair price.
You need to direct your claim
to the retailer or company that sold you the
boots.
No settlement can be made directly by BECK®
Italy.
Please keep at disposal the claimed boots until
you receive clear instructions from your outdoor
retailer.
